About Me

I've been helping people buy and sell homes in the Bay Area for 30 years. Most of the people I work with are going through a big change. They're selling a home they've lived in for decades, helping a mom or dad move to a place that fits them better, or handling a house after someone they love has passed.

These moves are about more than a sale. There are memories, family members with different opinions, and a lot of decisions to make in a short time. My job is to make that easier. I listen first, I explain every step in plain words, and I tell you the truth, even when it's not what you want to hear.

Clarity before decisions

I never want you to feel rushed. Before you decide anything, I want you to understand your options, your timing, and what each choice means for you and your family. In my experience, being prepared is what leads to the best outcome. When you have clear information and a plan, the decisions get easier.

How I got here

I didn't start out selling homes. In 1994 I opened my own loan processing company, then worked as a loan officer, because I wanted to understand the business from the inside. In 1996 I became a REALTOR®. That background still helps my clients today. I know what lenders, title, and escrow need, and I can spot problems early.

I've lived in this area since 1973. I've watched our neighborhoods grow and change, and I know them well. I work across Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco, and Alameda Counties.

Homeowners ready to sell. Getting the home ready, pricing it right, and handling every detail through closing.
Downsizers. Planning the timing and the next step, so the move feels manageable instead of overwhelming.
Families with aging parents. Working with the whole family so everyone hears the same information and decisions get made together.
Probate, estate, and trust sales. Working alongside executors, trustees, and their attorneys to sell the property and keep things moving.
Homeowners who've fallen behind. If you've received a notice of default, I'll explain your options clearly and honestly.

My business has run on referrals from day one. I've been a top-producing agent, ranked in Intero Real Estate's top ten, and received Intero's Value Award. But what means the most to me is when past clients call me again, or send their friends and family my way.
